Enrollment Process

Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If classes are full, the child’s name will be put on a waiting list to fill vacancies as they occur. 

The Center prioritizes full-time enrollment. Part-time schedules are offered only when full-time enrollment is not possible. We do not offer half days. Our center operates at full capacity and transitions take place as space becomes available. Once a year we have a large transition in September after graduation. Children and families are admitted regardless of race, creed, color, gender, parental/guardian sexual orientation, veteran’s status, national origin, religion, or marital status, or the presence of any physical, mental, or sensory handicap.

Monthly Tuition

Effective September 1, 2023- August 31, 2024.

Tuition includes two meals; two snacks; diapers, if necessary, and weekly music and Spanish lessons (Tumblebus has an additional fee). Registration fees are waived for siblings, but we do not currently offer a sibling discount. Special activities and field trips may incur extra fees. Fees are not negotiable. There are no credits given for absences due to illness or vacations.

Enrollment Fees

  • $200.00 registration fee is required upon enrollment and includes two electronic door keys and an emergency kit for your child.
  • A deposit equal to one month’s tuition is due upon acceptance of a space at the school. This deposit will be applied to the first month’s tuition and is non-refundable.

Security Deposit

A security deposit equal to one month of tuition is required to reserve a space for your child.  If a child needs to be withdrawn from the Center, forty-five days’ written notice is required so that the vacancy can be filled by another child. A security deposit will only be collected if the Center can guarantee a space for your child/children. The security deposit will be applied to your first month’s tuition. If a family accepts a space at the school and withdraws before their start date, their deposit will not be refunded.

Registration Application

There is a one-time non refundable registration fee of $200.00. This includes an electronic door key. If door keys need to be replaced the fee is $25.00 per key. All Registration paperwork and the deposit will be collected after an enrollment offer has been made by the school and accepted by the family.

All forms are required for enrollment and must be on file prior to the child’s first day of school. These forms are mandated by the State of Washington.

The Center participates in some subsidy programs offered by the State, but not all. Please contact the Executive Director for specific information.
